The Upton Triathlon & Duathlon on 10 July 2027 is based by the River Severn in a scenic area of Worcestershire

Choose from a Sprint or Standard distance with Aquathlon and Aquabike options.

The swim leg is an open water swim in the River Severn. The bike and running routes follow wide open roads out in the countryside.

Duathlon (Run + Bike + Run):
Sprint: 5K + 21K + 2.5K
Standard: 10K + 42K + 5K

Aquathon (Swim + Run):
Sprint: 750m + 5K
Standard: 1.5K + 10K

Kids:
1K fun run
100m waddle
