The Valentines Navigational Trail Run in Brentwood, Essex on 14 February 2026 is a fundraising event in support of the British Heart Foundation.

Entrants will be given a navigation route with checkpoints around the 5km course. The aim is to find them all and make it to the finish line. Estimated time is approximately 1 hour.

Participants are encourage to wear something red to show your support for the British Heart Foundation.
