Weavers' Way 50K & 50 mile Ultras

Acle / Stalham to Cromer, Norwich, UK
The Weavers' Way Ultramarathons on 3 May 2025 include a 50km and 50 mile distance on courses that showcase the beautiful Norfolk countryside.
The beginner-friendly 50km course starts in Stalham and shares some of the same trails as the 50 mile race. The route passes along a disused railway path on its way to the town of North Walsham and then onto Aylsham and then Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall via some quiet village roads.
The more challenging 50 mile route is for the more experienced and starts from Acle with the route along the riverbanks of the River Bure and River Thurne, past Thurne windmill, over Potter Heigham bridge to the wilds of Heigham sound and Hickling broad, before joining the 50km route through to the coast.
The finish line for both distances is in Cromer on the North Norfolk coast. Runners and walkers are welcome in both, and can expect varied terrain and scenery with gravel paths, fields, woodland, villages, country roads, lakes, village greens, farms, wildlife, birds of prey and stately homes.
