Llanberis, Caernarfon, UK
The Yr Wyddfa / Snowdon 24 on 11 July 2026, challenges endurance runners to ascend and descend Snowdon as many times as possible in 24 hours.
Based in Llanberis village the route goes up and down the Llanberis Path; a 15km out and back route taking you past the legendary Half Way House, Allt Moses, Clogwyn Bridge and ultimately on to the summit before heading back down.
The winners of the event will be the athletes who complete as many ascents and descents as possible within the 24 hour period.
Being UTMB Indexed, this is also a great qualifying or preparation race for UTMB Mont Blanc. The individual challenges mean that there is a 50km, 100km and 100 mile UTMB indexed challenge. The event can also be entered as a pair or team (up to 5) in a relay format.
This event is held on the same weekend as the Snowdonia Trail Marathon Eryri events.
