Race The Sun Chilterns on 10 July 2027 is a triathlon-style team multisport challenge with a bike, hike and paddle.

Teams of two or four race against the setting sun. All team members compete in each discipline. As a team event you’re only as fast as your slowest team member, you need to stick together for the whole race.

Based from Pangbourne in Berkshire, the first leg is a 35-mile bike through the heart of the Chilterns with punchy climbing and sweeping descents. The 10 mile hike/trek features pristine woodland climbs, rolling ridgeline, and panoramic valley views. The final paddle leg is a scenic, 2-mile downstream glide.

This event is a fundraiser for Action Medical Research to support life-changing research across the UK to help save and change the lives of sick and vulnerable children.
